Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Adpaid9 also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for the following reasons:

If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
Under the direction of the regulatory authority.

Any outstanding balance will be returned before account closure, except in cases involving prohibited activities.

Limitation of Liability

If a bet fails due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
When a transaction is delayed due to an error on the part of a third-party payment provider.

Dispute Resolution
